WHAT IS
GLASSADAZICAL?

Glassadazical is collective of glass artists that festival hop their way around the country selling unique handmade glass jewelry/art.

Every piece of glass is different and was created by one of our featured Glass Artists. Glassadazical first lit up their torches in 2013 and they have been burning ever since. This company is the brain child of Owner, David Teeters.

HOW IT STARTED

Glassadazical was created by David Teeters in 2013 in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Glassadazical was founded in 2013 by David Teeters as a creative outlet in an otherwise stale world of cubicle life. Local Knoxville friend, Hanson Brown, soon joined forces with David to help develop Glassadazical into a music festival focused touring business. Kevin Hundley and Dillon Boscoe joined a few years later to help continue to grow and expand the festival coverage and product offering. Fast forward a few more years, the Glassadazical touring lineup has been transferred to the current team travelling the festival trail.

HOW IT'S GOING

These days, Joe Santella creates a good percentage of the glass available in the booth and is the touring manager who welcomes you into our booth with his goofy, fun vibes and big smile.

Matt Schott is a very gifted painter and digital artist who began working with glass in late 2019 and intermittently tours with the team. If you're lucky enough to have encountered the Jersey boys, Pat Freeman and Jason Podgurski.. those two I've been helping the team with a few shows a year since about 2019 and make fantastic glass of their own.

Now bringing you up to current times ... Jesse York joined the team sometime in 2023 as another road warrior and glass artist in training. There are another handful of crew members who cycle in and out throughout the year and are tremendous assets to our booth... Scott Nearing, Matt Banks, John Diamond, Caitlin Owen, Gabriel VerBerkmoes, Steve McCoy and others. Our booth and product offering has been in constant evolution since the beginning.. and we are certainly not slowing down now. Expect to see us running live flameworking demos at every event who will let us.. We are happy to take custom orders and love a good challenge! Beginning in 2025, we will have a home base called Visualize Art Studio in our hometown of Knoxville, Tennessee. The operation has been based out of David's basement until now... so we're very excited have our own devoted space! We hope to see as many of you as possible come through our front doors to watch us in action and maybe even try your own hands at glasswork! We will be offering scheduled classes and likely accepting drop-ins. To round out our offerings, we will be renting bench space and equipment for anyone who would like to grow their craft on their own time.

Thank you for checking us out! I'm sure you'll be seeing us either on the road or at the studio sometime soon!
